How do I know if my policy allows Appraisal service?

Please submit all information and documents (including your contractors estimate) for the appraisal process here.
Failure to submit all documents and information at one time will delay the onset of the appraisal process. You should receive a submission receipt after you hit the submit button; if you do not, please call the office to ensure your information was received.
